Many of us have done a plank challenge and i am the first to say that 5 minutes of holding a plank is tough. Heck, holding any pose for 5 minutes is not easy and it is especially BORING. So I composed a fun alternative.
If you are a rookie, and planks are really really hard, then you can always just hold the plank. But if you prefer more spice in your life, then go for this option.
Since many of you probably don’t know all these moves, I will create a short demo video at the gym tonight and will be back asap to post it!
