Bet you already know how good Kale is for you? You have probably had kale saute, kale smoothies, kale chips, kale salad.
Bet you have never had Kale as a dessert style treat?
- 1 Bunch of Kale
- 1 T Light Olive Oil
- 1/2 T Cinnamon
- 1 T Coconut Sugar
- Preheat oven to 275.
- Spray pan with coconut oil.
- De-stem Kale and tear into medium sized pieces.
- Drizzle Olive Oil over top and toss. Add cinnamon and sugar and toss again. Spread in single layer on jelly roll pans (or cookie sheets) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
- Honestly, next time instead of light olive oil, I will try making with melted coconut oil.
