Bet you already know how good Kale is for you? You have probably had kale saute, kale smoothies, kale chips, kale salad.

Bet you have never had Kale as a dessert style treat?

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of Kale
  • 1 T Light Olive Oil
  • 1/2 T Cinnamon
  • 1 T Coconut Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275.
  2. Spray pan with coconut oil.
  3. De-stem Kale and tear into medium sized pieces.
  4. Drizzle Olive Oil over top and toss. Add cinnamon and sugar and toss again. Spread in single layer on jelly roll pans (or cookie sheets) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
  5. Honestly, next time instead of light olive oil, I will try making with melted coconut oil.
